1. About CricRo Vision

CricRo Vision is an AI-powered cricket coaching tool operated by EternalIT Ltd. It is designed to help cricketers improve their technique through video analysis and AI-generated feedback. CricRo Vision is a practice aid only — it is not a replacement for professional coaching, medical advice, or sports training supervision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CricRo Vision. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

3. Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to 3 AI analyses per day and video uploads up to 10MB / 10 seconds. After the trial period, access to analysis features will be restricted unless you upgrade to a Pro subscription. Pro subscribers receive 5 analyses per day and video uploads up to 25MB / 20 seconds. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. No refunds are provided once payment has been made. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Disclaimer — Not Professional Coaching

CricRo Vision uses artificial intelligence to analyse cricket technique. The feedback, scores and drills provided are for general guidance only. EternalIT Ltd makes no warranty that the feedback is accurate, complete or suitable for any individual's needs. Always consult a qualified cricket coach or sports professional before making changes to your technique, especially if you have any injury or health concern.

6. Limitation of Liability

EternalIT Ltd accepts no financial liability or responsibility for any outcome arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to injury, loss of performance, or reliance on AI-generated feedback. Your use of CricRo Vision is entirely at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CricRo Vision. Prohibited activities include uploading content that is illegal, offensive or infringes third-party rights; attempting to reverse engineer or bypass any security measure; sharing your account with others; or using the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models and branding on CricRo Vision are the property of EternalIT Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. Video content you upload remains your property. By uploading, you grant EternalIT Ltd a limited licence to process it for analysis purposes only.

9. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using CricRo Vision you consent to this processing. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of CricRo Vision after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
